Hayes Parsons collateral
The Hayes Parsons Group is one of the largest insurance brokers in the South West and consists of three companies; Admiral Marine, Hayes Parsons Insurance BrokersĀ and CMTIA. Each company has their own specialism and provides bespoke insurance solutions.
To remain at this level of success requires consistency in brand execution as well a sturdy marketing campaigns and a varied approach to marketing through various channels i.e. social media, exhibitions, advertising etc…
My job was to gather all material and, working with the marketing director, redesign it to create consistency and a stronger use of the brand throughout the business.

Policy documents
As part of their offering Hayes Parsons are required to have literature outlining the various packages and levels of cover they offer in the various sectors they operate in. One of their main sectors is education. I was tasked with the redesigning of all of their policy documents, which not only required me to create something that looked professional and attractive, but also was easy to follow for the client as well as including all legal content that is a mandatory requirement for their sector. I worked with their brand to develop an assets that would create flow from one side of the document to the another, which acted as a useful layout tool to tie everything together. I also worked with their vibrant colour scheme to create a layout that was more accessible and approachable to their clients.

Brochure
Hayes Parsons were in need of a general service brochure to bring together and advertise the services they provided as well as sectors they provided for. They also wanted a platform to introduce the company to a new audience, so an ‘about us’ section and timeline of the company’s history was developed to visually showcase the progression of Hayes Parsons to one the leading providers in the South West.

Leaflets
As well as working on the policy documents I also created a pack of leaflets that advertised the various sectors Hayes Parsons worked with. Using the new asset, it became the theme that tied all of the various pieces of marketing together and created the consistency we were looking to add to the brand.
Two variations of the leaflet were developed to appeal to two separate audiences.
These variations were then carried through to the other services that Hayes Parsons offer. On the left the various services and on the right an example of one of the content sides to demonstrate the layout.
Exhibition graphics
As part of Hayes Parsons’ marketing strategy, they attend a larger industry exhibition each year and armed with the various pieces of marketing collateral designed as part of this body of work, all that was missing was a vibrant, eye-catching stand to make Hayes Parsons stand out in a large an busy space. Working with the venues guidelines and stand scheme, a piece was created that utilised the new visual assets to create a space with flow and vibrancy.
Hayes Parsons over their lifetime have acquired other businesses and have incorporated those specialisms into their offering. This is a recent acquisition who required artwork for a trade show.

Advertising
Advertising forms a vital part of Hayes Parsons’ marketing strategy and involves both online and print advertising to reach the large and varied audiences they appeal to.
Magazine advertising was also developed. This one, for a high-end publication advertising heritage insurance products and services.
Office graphics
Throughout this body of work Hayes Parsons required a larger base of operations and with this came the opportunity to create dynamic, vibrant and cleverly functional pieces of office interior graphics, that would both inspire the employees and make the environment a welcoming place to work.
The Hayes Parsons office required a fresh and vibrant graphic to inspire and welcome employees and to set out their company values and mission.
